- Abstract
- Dielectric "behavior" and reversibility of ceramics on the basis of sodium niobate and lead titanate were carried out. The analysis of thermal and frequencies spectra in wide range of temperature (25-750) °С, frequencies (25-106) Hz helps to be spoke assumption about big dominance in low-frequencies dispersion defects which determine by the crystal-chemical properties of the extreme components and by an existence of non-isovalent ions in the same crystallographic positions of researching solid solutions. The link between changing of the solid solutions fundamental constants and the phase diagram of the system (Na,Pb)(Nb,Ti)O3 was set up. The conclusion about necessity of calculation of results obtained in investigation of functional ferropiezoelectric materials and low-frequencies devices on the basis of solid solution mentioned above was made.
