- Abstract
- Dielectric spectra and reversible nonlinearity of solid solutions on the basis of binary system of sodium-lithium niobates without toxic elements (lead and others) were investigated. It is shown that thermal frequencies 'behavior' of objects to be analyzed mainly determinate by the ceramics electrical conductivity. The conclusion on the feasibility of using the given results in the development of devices operating in a wide range of external influences were given.
