- In the modern world every business exists in the harsh conditions that dictate to him the need to react quickly to changing market conditions. Consequently, the company must constantly upgrade its own infrastructure, including the organizational and functional structure. The results of research and analysis of methodologies and designing tools for modeling of the enterprise activities, particularly its organizational and functional structure, are presented in the article.
