- In light of the modern tendencies on development and reforming of high professional school system of the Russian Federation the perspective directions of improvement of the quality of educational services by applying electronic libraries at organization of educational process are considered. It is accomplished the comparative analysis of functional capabilities of the present software intended to increase the efficiency of formation and control of the high school electronic library content (on an example of formation of collections in the open system Greenstone).
