Federal State Unitary Enterprise "All-Russian Research Institute of Interindustry Information – a Federal Information and Analytical Centre of the Defense Industry" (FSUE "VIMI") since 1996, is the founder of scientific and technical journal “DEFENSE INDUSTRY ACHIEVEMENTS - RUSSIAN SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL PROGRESS” (DIARSTP).
Publications journal cover a wide range of issues within the divisions:

- The means of monitoring and measurement.
In 2006, the interdisciplinary scientific and technical journal “DEFENSE INDUSTRY ACHIEVEMENTS - RUSSIAN SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL PROGRESS” was awarded a diploma and a bronze medal IY Moscow Salon of Innovations and Investments for the best publication on highlighting the problems of science, technology and innovation.
The journal is intended for heads of public corporations, ministries and departments, engineering and scientific workers bureaus, research institutes, scientific production associations, enterprises and construction industry.
Decision of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia 29.12.2015 the journal is included in the list of leading scientific journals and publications issued in the Russian Federation, which shall be published basic scientific results of dissertations for the degree and Ph.D (#1457).
The journal is included in the international abstract database - Chemical Absracts.
