- The main decisions taken in the process of the development of the Requirements Management System prototype (RMS) are presented in the article, as well as the analysis of the relevance of its applications as a tool for the implementation of the R&D works is performed. The list of the RMS functions reducing the time and improving the quality of the R&D implementation is offered for consideration and the prototype information is presented as well.
