- Abstract
- The factory floor experience of elaboration, application and operation of valuation methods of task tool qualityۥs calculation, designing and making in deep drawing workflows in conditions of industrial process′s organization by the conveyer form is analyzed. The effective use of probabilistically-statistical methods of multipoint operations of multi-way machine check′s quality rating is well-founded. The chance to imitate the details′s pacing through the check procedure and to test the task tool and processing equipment′s technical state in practical time regime is indicated. The skill of probabilistically-statistical modeling of multi-way automatic grade control at the multipoint operations, in conditions of industrial process′s organization by the conveyer form, is reduced.
