- Abstract
- Titanium alloys are widely used in the aircraft engines. The most important interest for titanium alloys is the increase applying temperatures up to 650 °С. Intermetallic intermetallic alloys based on orthorhombic titanium aluminide is promising for that. In this paper there was investigated the forging of intermetallic alloy based on orthorhombic titanium aluminide (Ti2NbAl) with laminar - globular and globular structures. FCGR was investigated at three temperatures: 20, 600, 650 ºС. It was shown that a temperature and parameters of structure exert influence on FCGR.
