- Abstract
- The increasing attention of TOP management of industrial and defense enterprises to the problem of ensuring integrated safety of complex industrial facilities (CIF) is currently true force in aggressive competitive environment, the emergence of new threats to business and the considerable difficulty of implementation of regular procedures of risk management. To resolve this issue, apply different approaches, the most effective (cost, results, by time of implementation) are based on the application of management systems (MS) and integrated management systems (IMS). It is noted that for all MS (especially IMS) very actual problem of obtaining numerical (quantitative) estimates of current and potential losses, which allows in the short and/or predictive aspects to assess inherent risks, to design an effective system of internal audits and implement commercially reasonable means (measures) to ensure complex business security. In the present work proposed some approaches to solving the problem of providing continuous improvement of the effectiveness of MS (IMS) of industrial enterprises, as CIF on the basis of modern risk-based standards (9001, 20000, 22301, 27001). Given the relative newness of these standards in practical application to the problem under consideration, the proposed approaches can be useful in planning risk management (based on standard 31000) and evaluation of potential losses within the business processes of MS (IMS) and, in particular, to solve practical problems of ensuring comprehensive security.
