- Abstract
- The article describes the main aspects of the progress of optoelectronics. The authors formulate objectives and ways to improve optoelectronic components and present a comparative analysis of raising the technical level and quality of optoelectronic devices by methods of information technology and nanotechnology. According to the article most effective way to improve the quality of optoelectronic devices on new physical and technological principles is the use of new functional materials based on multilayer quantum structures of their own isotopes of chemical elements.
