- Abstract
- The article describes the approaches and methods of aviation personnel training, the matters of flight methodical and training support means are covered. The elements of didactic support for pilots of state aviation are classified. One of the tasks facing the Russian aviation industry - is preparing aviation personnel lane-new Russian aircraft. However, the existing system of training on the aircraft of Russian production does not fully meet the requirements imposed in the world, in terms of technical training (TCO). When creating the plane MS-21 were analyzed by modern requirements of normative documents and the market to the TCO. As a result, it was selected the starting lineup TCO created on the stage of putting MC-21 aircraft in operation. The general vision of Irkut Corporation to aviation personnel training is described, and the solutions for selection of the technical training means are proposed, which ensure the experience and expertise transfer with the use of simulator systems.
