- Abstract
- Because of the analysis in the article shows that currently remain relevant problems of training and allocation of young professionals from Universities. Considered the difficulties in the system of preparation of specialists for research organizations of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation. The causes of their occurrence are revealed. One of the ways of solving these problems is offered on the example of the specialized Sub department of the FSBE "46th Central Research Institute" of the RF Defense Ministry. Novelty and practical importance of the article are in the description of the characteristics and curriculum for the Bachelor on the base of Sub department Profile "Management in the sphere of weapons systems".
