- Abstract
- Having analyzed the current principles of AKP for large production and the existing intersections on existing systems, the author highlighted a comprehensive tool with the study of implementation in production, which should increase the competitiveness of the company in the market of producers. During the study of the previously developed 5C system, key activities were identified to provide a support function in the integration of the AKP. In order to successfully operate the developed model, the author's methodology of solving production problems aimed at improving the technological processes of production is proposed, which will allow to strengthen the company's position in the market of industrial producers.
