- Abstract
- The article presents the strategic goals of anti-Russian sanctions in the high-tech complex, and the risks of its further sustainable development. The analysis of exports and imports of machine-building products and the military-industrial complex in the context of sanctions is carried out. The assessment of measures to suspend and terminate military cooperation with Russia is given. The main results of the import substitution programs in Russia in response to the sanctions measures are considered. The main achievements and positive results of the anti-Russian sanctions in the military-industrial complex are presented, in particular, the diversification of customers in the world market, increasing the competitiveness of domestic products. Strategic directions for restoring the production, scientific, technical and technological potential and innovative development of high-tech industries of the Russian military-industrial complex are proposed.
