- Abstract
- The Markov model of acquisition by specialists of skills and abilities of management of complex technical complexes is considered, taking into account the possibility of statistical approximation of this process. Lagrange interpolation polynomials are used as approximating polynomials. The problem of determining the maximum levels of training of specialists is solved on the basis of the application of the method of z-transformations of the linear Markov process of acquisition by trainees of skills and abilities to manage technical complexes.
