- Abstract
- The article focuses on the study of a class of pulse signals based on the Lobachevsky function. The author uses the calculations and the mathematical modeling of quadrature components of pulses. The possibility of changing the shape and width of the pulse spectrum is given through the hyperbolic functions in the form of Maclaurin series with the limited number of terms and the use of the window functions. The article represents the analogies between individual Lobachevsky pulses and well-known pulses from the theory of wavelet analysis. The orthogonality of Lobachevsky pulses is also noted. To ensure the priority of domestic science, the author takes into account the historical value of Lobachevsky's theory and offers the term "Lobachevsky pulses".
