- Abstract
- Fundamental equations of state for the o-, m-, p-xylenes describing accurately all the thermodynamic properties in the temperature range from triple point to the beginning of thermal dissociation (~ 700 K) and at pressures up to 100 MPa have been developed. The average uncertainties are 0.1-0.3 % in density, 0.1-0.3 % in vapor pressure, 0.5-1.0 % in isobaric heat capacity and 0.5-0.8 % in speed of sound.
