- Abstract
- Current achievement in biochemical diagnostics and actual issues appearing with creation based silicon-nanowire (Si-NWFET) biosensors are described. The ways of chemical modification of silicon-naniwire surface providing high selective biomolecule binding with sensing element are discussed. These funcionalization methods with modern technical feasibilitys of integration Si-NWFET in micro bioassays could create novel devices for complex diagnostics in medicine.
